Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tp999" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to tp999.app and the entity operating the online gaming platform accessible at https://tp999.app.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tp999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on tp999 through which the player accesses the platform's services.
• "Services" means all gaming products, betting markets, promotions, and ancillary features made available through tp999, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, and slot games.
• "Real Money Gaming" means any wagering activity conducted using funds deposited into a tp999 account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a player's account by tp999 as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PHP" / "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the official currency used for all transactions on the tp999 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by tp999 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tp999 platform, creating an account, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the tp999 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tp999. They govern all aspects of your relationship with the platform, including registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and account closure.

tp999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of tp999 following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

To register and use the tp999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to online casino-style gaming.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tp999, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by tp999 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

tp999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by tp999 may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on tp999, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all tp999 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one tp999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tp999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tp999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify tp999 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Account Ownership: tp999 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

tp999 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tp999 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: tp999 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your tp999 account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. tp999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• tp999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 06 for details.

Bonuses & Promotions

tp999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion. tp999 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games within the validity period of the promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
• tp999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise specified.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the tp999 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. tp999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• tp999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error on the part of tp999.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, tp999's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
• tp999 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any game, market, or player account at its sole discretion.
• All casino games on tp999 use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by tp999 or any third party.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, tp999 will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and resolve the session fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets may be voided and stakes returned.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tp999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on tp999.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the strategies described in Section 06.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tp999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tp999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of tp999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tp999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the tp999 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any tp999 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the tp999 platform.
• Use any tp999 trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the tp999 platform.

Any unauthorised use of tp999's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by tp999 and its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tp999 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the tp999 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its Services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond tp999's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in information provided on the platform, including but not limited to odds, game rules, or promotional terms, where such inaccuracy is the result of a technical error.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on any content, information, or advice provided on the tp999 platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit tp999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

tp999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care to players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered tp999 players directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your tp999 account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the tp999 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

tp999 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access real-money gaming. If you are aware of an underage individual using the tp999 platform, please contact our support team immediately.

Termination

Either you or tp999 may close your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Closure by You: You may request account closure at any time by contacting tp999 customer support. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification.

Closure by tp999: tp999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• tp999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• tp999 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• You have been found to be under 21 years of age.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, tp999 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including real-money funds, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with tp999 through our internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact tp999 customer support with a written description of your complaint. tp999 will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve it within 30 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.

Amendments

tp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tp999 will notify registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on the tp999 platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

Your continued use of the tp999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
